KaportaAI

Terms of Use

Last updated: 2026-10-02

1. The parties

These terms govern the relationship between the developer who builds and provides the KaportaAI app ("the developer", "we") and you, who use it. By using the app you accept these terms. You can reach the developer at videogke@gmail.com.

2. What the service is

KaportaAI is a tool that documents a vehicle's exterior. When the same vehicle is scanned again, it marks the visual changes between the two scans.

3. Results are not a verdict

The areas the app marks are there to direct your attention. You make the decision.

In particular:

Do not demand payment from anyone based on the app's output alone. Every finding must be verified by a person looking at the photos.

4. No paint thickness measurement

The app does not measure paint thickness. It does not decide whether a panel has been repainted, repaired or replaced, and it does not replace an inspection report.

5. Correct use

For reliable results:

6. Plate and mileage accuracy

The plate decides which vehicle's history a scan joins. The app tries to read the plate and the mileage but asks you to confirm them. A wrongly confirmed plate makes later scans compare against the wrong vehicle. You are responsible for the accuracy of what you confirm.

7. Accounts and businesses

8. Lawful use

9. Fees

The app is currently free. If paid features are added, prices and terms will be shown clearly before any purchase.

10. Intellectual property

The app, its design and its software belong to the developer. Your photos and reports belong to you (or to the business you are a member of).

11. Limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is". Except in cases of intent or gross negligence, we are not liable for direct or indirect damage arising from decisions made on the basis of the app's output.

12. Termination

You can stop using the app at any time and delete your data and account from within the app. We may suspend the service in case of use contrary to these terms.

13. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Your statutory rights as a consumer, including recourse to consumer arbitration committees, are unaffected.

14. Data use

How your data is processed is explained in the Privacy Policy.

15. Changes

These terms may be updated. The current version is always available in the app. We announce significant changes in the app.
